Incredible! I went for a routine oil change and I had an issue with a seat belt my daughter accidentally knotted. For months and with multiple attempts, we couldn’t unknot it. With the oil change today they fixed my seat belt, as a courtesy! Definitely recommend!!

I am writing this review manager to manager! Since pep boys has changed management, the service has been PHENOMINAL. They are respectful, kind, helpful and have been so amazing with my staff at my office. My office is in walking distance to them and they have helped my staff with multiple car issues!

OrigInally bought my car in to replace headlight bulb was told couldn't do it that I needed to come back and get an electrical diagnostic. Scheduled an appointment a few months later to get the diagnostic and bulb replace and had to sit for four hours before the car was taken in for the service.
