We were about to leave town to head back to Mississippi after visiting our daughter. We had a low tire pop up. Luckily, Pep boys was open. We pulled in and they jumped right on it and patched the hole from a screw. Had us on the way in 30 minutes. Appreciate all the team there for the quick help!

Friendly and helpful. When repair was out of their normal scope they even recommended a shop to take the vehicle to and what the likely diagnosis was. Pep Boys diagnostic was only $35. The Ford dealership wanted $200 for a diagnostic fee just to quote the repair job.

I recommend it; the customer service is good. The only thing is that it looks and feels like a run-down building, but if that doesn't bother you, it's still on par with other places that have been renovated.
