I went for a wheel alignment on my truck. One of the reasons I gave them 4 is because they didn't provide a printout of the alignment like every shop does. No explanation just here's your receipt. I asked for one and service manager told me the printer wasn't working.

Overall it was ok, friendly enough and quick, but did not inspect the overall of the vehicle for any other issues or possible work that might need to be addressed, I know our washing fluid tank leaks, but they apparently didn’t notice or offer to fix
